The following (Terms and Conditions) are a legal agreement govern your use of LOOPED services, including mobile/web applications, websites, software, hardware, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This legal agreement is between you, as a current or prospective customer of LOOPED Company, the user or partner (“customer”, “clint”,"you," "your",”partner”, “reseller”) and LOOPED ("LOOPED", "we", "us", "our", "Company").

You hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules, regulations, and policies stated herein, by singing up and creating an account with LOOPED, accessing/visiting our website, and/or subscribing to one of our services. All users of the website, including without limitation browsers,visitors, suppliers, partners, resellers, customers, merchants, and/or content producers, and code contributors are subject to these terms and conditions.

Before using LOOPED products or visiting our website, please take the time to read carefully our terms and conditions. You are not authorized to use any services or use the website if you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

You agree to these or futures changes by continue using LOOPED's services or products in the future. You must stop using the Services if you disagree with any of the mentioned modifications.

Account Registration

Restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, and retail stores or any business using LOOPED product or services (Customers) can use the cloud-based management system offered by LOOPED to manage, analyze, track, optimize, and grow their company operations and satisfy their demands. To utilize the Services, you must first create a "LOOPED Account" with us. We will ask you for information when you register, such as your name and other personal details, among others. In answer to our inquiries, you are required to submit truthful, comprehensive, and current information. You are entirely responsible for any acts related to your LOOPED Account, including any that are carried out by others to whom you have allowed access. We have the right to alter the account type, suspend, or cancel the LOOPED Account of any person who gives erroneous, false, or incomplete information or who disobeys the account registration rules.

Except for any notification required by applicable international comparative law, LOOPED may terminate registrations for LOOPED with or without cause and in its sole discretion. At present time, only users who live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are able to use LOOPED Services and products.

Account Cancellation & Data Protection

In the case that a customer violates this agreement's Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies, LOOPED reserves the right to deactivate that customer's LOOPED account and keep any personal information that belonged to that customer in its database for a month following the cancellation date.

However, if a customer decides to voluntarily quit or terminate their LOOPED account for any reason, LOOPED will automatically discard and delete all personal data associated with that customer from its database.

Confidentiality

Your account can only be accessed and used by you. You are in charge of making sure that your login information is kept secret at all times. If a user other than you uses your login information to access the Services, LOOPED will assume that the latter has the proper authorization to do so. You agree to alert LOOPED as soon as you learn of an illegal login from an unidentified user at support@loopedsolsol.com . Until LOOPED is informed of the violation in issue, you are still responsible for any activity on your account, and the Company may then move on with taking the necessary action.

Data Privacy & Security

Your personal information's security and privacy are very important to us. In compliance with international privacy law, LOOPED's privacy policy outlines the categories of personal information we gather about you and how we use them. Since the Privacy Policy is a legally obligatory component of these Terms and Conditions and contains crucial information about your rights, we strongly advise you to read it carefully.

Permitted Activities

You won't use the Services in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions, or other Privacy Policies, or Applicable International Comparable Law.
No one else's intellectual property or proprietary rights are violated by the information you upload or post in connection with the Services, and it does not otherwise violate the law or the rights of others.
Through the Services, you will not upload, transmit, or otherwise send any content that is contaminated with viruses, Trojan horses, Ransomware or other potentially harmful software,script or components.
You will not provide LOOPED false information about your identity or the veracity or accuracy of the data you transmit over the Services by giving false information about yourself, adopting a false identity, gathering information about other users, or in any other way.
You won't attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or damage, disable, disrupt, overburden, or interfere with any aspect of our Services, computer systems, servers, or networks, or interfere with how others use or experience the Services.
For any actual or suspected violation of these restrictions or other relevant policies or rules stated in these Terms and Conditions, LOOPED may suspend or terminate your usage of the Services in its sole discretion.
Without having the LOOPED permissions, you may not republish, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, or collect any content (including designs, copy, ideas, photographs, or other materials) from LOOPED.
Without LOOPED permissions you are prohibited to sold, rented, or sublicensed LOOPED product and services.
You may not alter or edit around our Web Pages without our prior consent and written authorization or otherwise change the visual presentation or design of our Website.

User generated content

On several pages of this website, users have the option to publish messages and engage in information and opinion exchanges. Before comments appear on the internet, LOOPED does not filter, edit, publish, or evaluate them. The thoughts and opinions expressed in comments do not represent those of LOOPED, its affiliates, or its agents. The thoughts and opinions expressed in comments are those of the commenter. In accordance with the scope of relevant international comparable legislation, LOOPED disclaims all responsibility for any liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with the use, publication, or display of any remarks on this website or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment through Reseller/Partner.

When there is a conflict between these Terms and the agreement entered into by the Customer and the specific Reseller. LOOPED deny all responsibility for any liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with any third-party services, Any purchase order, these Terms, as between the Customer and LOOPED, shall take precedence. This also applies if the Customer purchased a Service from a reseller or distributor authorized by us ("Reseller",”partner”). Any rights provided under the Reseller/partner Agreement to the Customer and/or any other Users that are not expressly stated in these Terms solely apply in relation to the Reseller/partner. In that case, the Customer must contact the Reseller/partner and not LOOPED in order to seek relief, realize their rights, or have them enforced. For clarity, access to the Service by the Customer and its Users is contingent upon our receiving from the Reseller/partner payment of the appropriate Fees charged by the Customer to the Reseller. Customer expressly accepts that we reserve the right to assign the billing of the Subscription Fees to us at any time, in which case Customer will be responsible for paying the applicable Subscription Fees directly to us.

Third-Party Content

Through your use of the Services, you might encounter content from partners, other users, or third parties that is not our own or under our control. This content is referred to as "Third-Party" and may include, but is not limited to, links to other websites or other materials, software, text, graphics, videos, images, or advertising content.

Precautions:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Third-Party Content or services, regardless of whether they are labeled as "certified," "validated," or similar. Any contact or exchange of information or data between you and a third party is strictly between you and that third party. We recommend that you take measures while downloading files from any platform in order to safeguard your computer from viruses and other harmful applications. If you choose to access any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk. LOOPED will not be liable for any Third-Party Content, including any errors or omissions in any Third-Party Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a consequence of using or relying on any Third-Party Content posted, emailed, linked, or otherwise communicated over the Services.

Communications

Notices to Customers (other than the notice of revisions to the Terms and Conditions noted in the introduction above) may be sent in a variety of methods, depending on the circumstances. For example, we may email or phone the Customer at the time specified in the LOOPED Services Agreement, or we may alert Users via their dashboard or other portions of the Site. When we post notices, we do so in the appropriate section of the Site. It is the Customer's obligation to keep this information current. The Customer must maintain all Registration Data up to date and current by emailing support@loopedsol.com .

Subject to the Privacy Policy, the Customer acknowledges that LOOPED may use the User Submissions in any way, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and/or marketing products or services incorporating such information, without acknowledgment or payment to you. If the Customer sends LOOPED or posts about LOOPED Services in any public area, including information, ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques, or know-how ("User Submissions"), the Customer acknowledges that LOOPED may use the User Submissions without restriction

Closing your account

You have the right to delete your LOOPED account whenever you like, however you will still be responsible for paying any unpaid fees and other costs, in addition to any outstanding Purchases. Once you terminate your account, LOOPED will not give refunds for any amounts you had already paid for using our Services.

By emailing support@loopedsol.com or using the LOOPED interface directly, you can close your account. For more information on our procedures relating to your personal information, please examine the "Account Cancellation & Data Protection" rules above. In certain cases, we may not allow you to close your account, for the following reasons:

In an attempt to avoid being investigated.
When a Purchase or Payment Transaction is active or pending.
When you owe LOOPED money as a result of using the Services.

Disclaimer

We disclaim any representations, warranties, and conditions with regard to our website and the use of our website to the fullest extent permissible by relevant international legal regulations/lows. This disclaimer in no way:limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury.

restrict or eliminate our or your responsibility for deception or deceptive representation.
restrict any of our or your liabilities in a manner that is prohibited by the relevant international/national comparative law.
exclude any obligations we or you may have that may not be omitted under the relevant international comparative law.

The exclusions and restrictions on liability stated in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the clause that comes before it; and (b) apply to all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including those arising in contract, tort, and for violation of statutory obligations.

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind as long as the the services provided by us are offered free of charge.
